I cannot send or receive messages unless I am connected to the internet

It could be a network fault O2 Service Status

Data may be turned off for some apps (check under mobile data settings).

Your apn may be wrong (try resetting your network connections).

If all looks OK on your phone, call O2 to check your account Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

That is correct.

Data is needed for both those apps.

Hi thanks for the reply. I should have a couple of gigs of data, on myo2 it says it is available but still nothing, bill is fully paid up.

Thank you for the advice, I will check my settings, but I will def not go to O2 help again, the absolute wordt pathetic help desk I have ever encountered. I will find another provider first. Thank you again.
