Hi,

I suspect a fraud. It happened to me today (30/11/2021). I received a call from a number at 14:00. I can share the number with you if you want. I have been told by them that they can give me a respond. After that, they told me I need to give them a code, a code was sent to my phone, which says do not share this with anyone. The person was asking me for that code and I did NOT  give them the code. I am wondering what to do now and I am still worried if anything bad might happen. Can you please check that everything is fine about my account? To make things secure, I did change my password by myself after this situation.

They cannot do anything without the code so you are safe.

You should still report this to O2 though.
