Please help..last month my autistic 13 year old kept adding bolt ons and ran up£209 bill. I asked o2 to block bolt ons and they said I should have words with my son. This month its£65 ... how can I stop him receiving texts about bolt ons and stop him from  adding them? He's is done as my second phone number and he doesn't have access to my codes for my o2 account..

You need to speak to O2 about restricting bolt ons on that number @Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
