I lost my phone at the weekend, I contacted o2 to get a replacement sim. I visited the shop on Saturday to get a new phone on contract. The lady I spoke to said I could keep the same number. It has been 2 day since the purchase and my phone isn’t accpecting or letting me make any calls or texts. I need access to my phone for work. What can I do?

Call customer services on 0344 809 0202 as it sounds like they haven't activated the sim card..

O2 put a bar on your account when a lost or stolen report has been lodged.
You'll need to call O2 to remove the bar.
