For a number of weeks I have had issues with call drop outs, not being heard etc. When checking the signal status pages it shows that a nearby mast is not working correctly however there is no further info as to when this might be resolved. I am signed up for updates but have heard nothing. I am concerned nothign is being done about it and it's been far too long. Can you please check with your engineers? The affected post code is LS16 9EZ. Many thanks

@LS16 This is not O2. This is a customer community. If the status page is showing the mast down, then O2 are aware and are working on it. They never give time frames for repairs, as there are so many reasons why the repair is taking a long time, i.e. shortage of parts, access to the land the mast is on etc. If they gave you a finish date and didn't complete on time, you could hold their feet to the fire. It's not in O2's interest to see customers without service. If it's been a long time, you can call customer service. At their discretion they can offer you a goodwill gesture, but there's no guarantee that they will.

You can call customer service on 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or by using Skype: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Off-Topic/A-Guide-To-Skype/m-p/1305104/highlight/true#M181823
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
The 0800 number isn't available until 9 am.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
