@Balti You will need to contact customer services on 0344 809 0202 and request the return of the phone and sim, under the 14 day cooling off period

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@Balti

You need to call customer service on 202 to arrange a return.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I have called 202, I have called the 0344 number also in relation to returns, all they do is say you have a 30 mins wait and then hang up.  There is no option to wait to speak to someone.  They clearly do not want you to be able to return the phone. I went into an O2 store today, and they said the same thing, 'You have to call 202, we do not take returns.  So how do you access the 14 day cooling off period???????
