Problem with number

Just got my son his first son last week.

When we installed the Sim, there were missed calls to the number, which have been followed up with texts.

I have contacted the numbers, one of which was Nat West Bank to try to get him off their records.

We've had texts from further numbers today.

Any idea how I change his number or what else I can do?

I don't want to spend another half Ann hour on the phone and actually got charged £2.30 for the calls I made to Nat West yesterday.

Not happy.

All numbers are recycled as there are no new number allocations available.

O2 will allow you one free number change per year but any number you get will be recycled.

It sounds as if you have a used sim. You can change his number by calling O2

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
