Solved: Previous bill

Hi,

I need to access an older phone bill so I can prove a particular call was made at a specific time. Please could someone point me in the right direction of how to do this?

Hi @Elpee - to have a bill, you must be on a Contract or Pay Monthly tariff; your past bills going back about 2 years will be in your MyO2, detail on how to get there in this Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
