I am continually struggling with signal strength, whereas my partner who is also on O2 gets 2-3 bars all the time, I get nothing. Have recently visited a shop and had the SIM card chnaged and that has not made any difference

@Bazzer

Try your sim in your partners phone.

If the signal is good, your phone is faulty, if not, it's an account issue that needs O2 to sort out for you Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @Bazzer

Welcome to the o2 Community forum.

Could it be your phone's battery strength?
