I ordered a phone case with o2 customer service over a week ago and the tracking pin I was given does not work but my status says it is completed and has arrived to me but I haven’t received it

Hi @Courtney_black_ - The delivery guy may have left it somewhere "handy" and forgotten to tell you where, or it has been delayed in the postal rush and will get to you today or tomorrow. It looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you - on
