Hi

Have recently switched from 3 to O2 the main reason being that I undertstood O2 had the best network coverage. Howver i dont get any signal at all inside my house whereas i used to get some on 3.

Is there anytning than can be done as the network checker states i should be getting a signal.

Thanks

@mic7rjw

You can switch the network mode to 2g when indoors.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@mic7rjw Just because the coverage checker says that you're meant to get a good signal doesn't necessarily mean that you will. The map is only a generalisation. What your house is made of could be just one of many reasons that is restricting your signal.

See if there's anything in this guide that could help: How can I sort out my network issues? - o2uk

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
