Hi there.
Just wondering how much longer is it going to take for me to have my phone delivered? It's been over 2 weeks now and I'm now starting to panic.
Also, I'd like to know why my first bill has come out and the airtime bill is higher then what was legally agreed please?

Have you had an email saying the phone has been despatched @Emma49 ?
Until you get that then it is not on the way...
As for the bill being higher than expected, you would need to get back in touch with o2 directly as this is a community of o2 customers.
The sales team are the best people to discuss this with.
Message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
