Hi There,
I've been cut off a couple of calls this morning, checked the service status and got the following message:
Sorry, we're carrying out some upgrade work in this area.
We’re carrying out some upgrade work to help improve our network. While we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data but we're working as fast as we can to get things sorted.
Everything should be back to normal by 6 pm Wednesdy 23rd february 2022
February 2022?! Does anyone know if the poor network service for ovr 2 moths is going to be reflected in our bills at all or to what extent we need to expect disruption? Currently this is affecting work and family life.
Can anyone help?

The terms and conditions state that the service is not guaranteed to be up 100% of the time, but if you are polite when you speak to someone then you stand some chance of a goodwill gesture @feezap but as with the cover you are not guaranteed anything.
