Just received O2 sim to replace my Virgin Media Sim.

I use it in a router with a 4G aerial on top of my house. Always had between 10 and 40 Mb signal with Virgin.

With the O2 sim I am getting 0.02 Mb - 0.5 Mb.

Can you offer any advice other than cancelling this contract?

You've answered your own question.

Virgin was using EE network so cancel O2 and go to EE or back to Virgin.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
