Hi I’ve been an o2 customer for years and I’ve just been passed from pillar to post as no one seemed to have a clue as all I wanted was a contract for my Apple Watch got put on hold for ages spoke to a guy called mark who didn’t know what to do so he put me on hold to speak to someone else waited for 15 minutes then they hung up..absolutely disgusting behaviour.disgusted with o2 customer services
