Hello, I bought an iPhone 13 about a month ago and I got told to just put the sim in and it’ll change my number over within 24hrs, but it still hasn’t been changed

@Tyler5

Need more info please.

Are you using your old O2 sim o a new one?

If new, did you do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

If you came from another network you need to port your number in Guide: Migration & porting into O2

If you have done all that it may be a settings issue on your phone.

Settings >Phone >My Number. Edit, save and reboot

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
