Hi,
My phone has now broken and so I want to cancel my contract - i am over teh officical contract so it was just a rolling bill. i cannot cancel from my O2 phone as it will not turn on. Please can I have some help on this.

If you have access to another phone you can put the sim card in that to use it, or contact customer services using Skype.
