My phone has broken and I can't see the screen. I am an O2 customer but found a better deal to shop external (sorry O2!) but I'd really like to keep my number. I think I need a PAC code but can't send a text, is there another way to get this? Or an easier way to end my current O2 contract and start with my new O2 contract via Mobilephonesdirect.com ?

@Emma_ell

You can get it in your MyO2 Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

However, if the new phone from MPD is still on O2, you just need to call O2 to migrate your number to the new contract Guide: Migration & porting into O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
