Hi, I did cancel my account the 13th of sept. I did check my bank account finding a discount from O2. I'm kindly asking to check your system and refund my money as soon as possible.

You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

It will be your final bill which is generated 2 weeks after you cancel and payment due 2 weeks after that. 

There is nothing to refund.
