Hey, my recent bill is overdue and my debit card is blocked right now which will take a day or two to fix. Can i make a payment using another card or can the date be extended as i am unable to make a call to the customer care centre using my number or Can i call using my other number and get this sorted? I could not find an email for customer care so hoping to get some help here.
