porting old number

hi, when I signed up i said I wanted to port my old number. this still hasn't happened  so i tried asking again via the website. When will you port my old number please? thanks

Who are you porting from ? Please bear in mind that if it is Lyca Mobile perchance, a data issue at their end will mean that the port is delayed and there is nothing that O2 can do about it.

thanks all, issue resolved. I was trying to contact them, not sure how it ended up on the forum, but I got there in the end. Appreciate your replies and help
