i’ve just upgraded phone and have to use and esim because the phones american. but i didn’t have an account with my o2 because, three days ago i created an account but whenever i sign onto the app it says i have to wait 48 hours for it to be created? how long will it take?

There seems to be problems with the app.

See if MyO2 on the Web will let you login.

Then try deleting and reinstalling the app.

If you can get to a store with photo ID you can pick up an esim pack there
