Everyone is billed a month in advance from the date of order.
Chase it up with O2.
Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Thank you but when i called the Customer service ,no one has a clue on when will the sim arrive? Moreover they want me to tell the serial number of the sim ,which they haven't sent before and their tracking number starting with LPNxxxxx is not getting recognised with royal mail but im getting billed!! This is hilarious.

Sim tracking numbers are internal only and won't show until the sim is delivered @Rj20
