You may be changing to the new 360 billing system. It could take a couple of  days if this is the case.

Or it could be an issue with My O2.

Delete the app, restart your phone and reinstall the app again.

Hopefully this should work. If not, you need to contact O2

Give O2 a call on  202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract)  4445 or 0344 809 0222 (PAYG)
