Just been switched over from virgin to O2. On virgin Wi-fi calling worked no problem and it also worked for a few weeks on O2 in the beginning. After the latest update on my phone it seems the firmware is no longer supported to enable me to have Wi-fi calling!! Anybody know how I can fix this issue?

Sounds like a borked firmware update then with the Manufacturer of the phone, as nowadays WiFi Calling is OS agnostic as its a GSM Standard.

I would contact the Phone Manufacturers support and ask for there advice.. You could also try ringing o2 and asking them to remove and readd WiFi Calling and see if that fixes it, you can call on 202 from the phone or 0344 809 0202

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
