I was with Virgin mobile who have now moved over to o2. Currently using a a virgin mobile sim in a phone I had from virgin. If I now get a new phone from o2 can still use the old virgin sim?

@LW13

You can but it's advisable to get a new O2 sim to avoid any issues.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thank you, I was hoping to avoid a trip into town but think I'll get it sorted all at once 😊

Virgin SIM cards do occasionally throw up problems

Take photo ID when you visit O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
