On 3rd Nov I was moved to o2 - correspondence from virgin before switched advised no disruption to service & same monthly tariff - I had £16 30D contract 100 gb data unlimited texts & calls, however o2 are charging £24 per month, they doubled data & are saying there is nothing they can do about it - they advise switching to a 12 month £15 p month sim - how do I get this resolved so I’m a getting same data plan, same tariff, same charge as advised pre switch?

You should be seeing a discount on your Virgin bill equivalent to the extra tariff cost.
