Transfers old number to new O2 contract

Hi, I spoke to an O2 member yesterday who assisted me with request a number transfer. After going through it and completing the request - he noted my O2 number would change back to my previous number however that’s not happened yet. Is there anything you can do to assist?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
