Hi I’ve recently decided to begin a contract with you and after my credit check I received an email saying I’d been approved and to log in to My O2 to continue. It gives me an error message when I do and says to wait 48 hours which it’s now been, can I have an update on when my contract will start and when I will get my new phone? Thank you
