Hi,
I have made a subscription with O2 via Virgin media. I set up a direct debit. I was supposed to receive a sim card within 5 working days. It never arrived. It's been more than a month. But money has already been taken from my bank account. I can't find how to contact them and speak to a human being .
Can you please help?

Probably Virgin that hasn't processed your order correctly.
