Hello. I’m arif. Ive just signed up for new virgin media tv kit plus the sim o2 deal. However i still haven’t got my sim card from o2. 

i’m trying to move from other provider to o2 while keeping my current number. I’ve already got the PAC number for number migration.

The SIM will come via Royal Mail - otherwise contact O2 Sales via Social Media, the link below has the ways.  Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255 from any phone for free.
