Signed new contract yesterday and says 10GB in contract, but tariff on account says 5GB. How can this be sorted out - I didn't even want to join o2 as I was happy with GiffGaff but was pressured into it by Virgin Media. Now I have to sort this out.... can someone help fix this discrepancy?

Thank you!

Is this a Volt account which is linked to broadband? If yes, it will be a 5GB tariff doubled to 10GB as a Volt Benefit

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thanks for  your reply. Yes I think mine should be a Volt account linked to Broadband, but I can't see this Volt Benefit.... any idea where I would see this? Thanks

@tanyat

It takes around 14 days to be applied but it should be done automatically.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Some on 360 seem to get them straight off.

Also when I changed tariff in April the benefits carried over there and then

The 14 days for new customers covers the cooling off period.
