I was told, my phone went missing during transport. Evidenced by the weighing done by the courier. And was offered a refund. But it has been 30 days and yet no deposit.
Been passed around by customer service, being given different dates saying it will be transferred and saying they will call me back, but just radio silence. Can someone please help?
