Hello. A week ago I took the phone from Mobile Phones Direct, unfortunately it turned out to have a problem with the speaker and I sent it back. Is it possible to cancel the contract with O2 or leave the SIM card and just exchange the O2 phone for another one? The waiting time for returning the device from MPD is extremely long and my old phone is already dead.

MPD should replace the phone with new immediately.

You need to discuss this with them, not O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
