Just recently I ordered myself a new phone, placed the order on Friday and paid to have it arrive Sunday, which it didnt and it hasnt arrived monday either, I have 2 issues, I have an email confirming the order, but on MyO2 it says 'You don't have any products or services in this My O2 account.' I also do have a bank transaction with the one time payment, so im hoping and assuming that my order is still on its way and I shouldnt worry?

I will keep this in mind if it doesnt arrive by tomorrow or at least if I dont have any update
