Got my sim but not used yet as package and O2 data shows 5Gb of data but my Virgin contract and package details was based on and described / confirms showing 10Gb, please can you check and advise as I agreed based on 10Gb to replace my current provider. don't think 5Gb is not enough. Thankyou, Malcolm

With Volt your data is doubled so a 5GB package will become 10GB

This usually takes 14 days on a new account.

The 5GB SIM is correct

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
