PAC from Virgin media given to O2

Yesterday I got a new contcat from O2 , as my virgine account was migrating to O2

 But i see that the number i have for O2 is not my old number

 Please confirm -do you have the  PAC number?

 I am expecting my SIM card from o2 to arrive any day now, so when the number will be changed?
