O2 has dispatched my SIM via Royal mail and I am trying to track my order but the royal mail website keeps giving me the following error:
Sorry - we don't recognise that number. Please check the information to make sure your tracking code is correct.

Sim cards are posted first class and tracking is not available until delivered.

Pretty sure that's their internal tracking number.
Depending on how they sent it Royal Mail may only show when sent and when delivered
