Old number

I have recently joined O2 and want to keep my old number. I sent my pac code and it says it has changed but the SIM provided is a different number.

If you call someone does your old number show or the new one?

If you have an iPhone you may need to change your number in Settings >Phone >My Number. 

If you have an android device, the number shown in settings will never update to your old number.
