I have just upgraded to a 50GB data plan for my O2 mobile. The guy on the phone said my data doubles to 100GB as I have Virgin Media WiFi… so upgrading to 50GB then should double leaving me with 100GB of data.
I have just checked my O2 app. I can see I now have 50GB, but shouldn’t this now be saying 100GB ? … I’m confused to what’s happened to the extra 50GB promised…. If anyone could help that’ll be great. Thank you
