You'll have to persist with O2, either via Guide: How to find help & contact O2 or via Social Media using the link just below, @Jodie31 - nobody here can access your account.
Note that ports are not actioned at the weekend, it will be Tuesday before your starts to move if you put it through this weekend. Guide: Migration & porting into O2 has some indications of this, while you wait. Good luck!
