Hi, I initiated my switch over to you on Thursday and I'm still seemingly not connected. Please can you tell me when I can expect some service.

Nothing happens over the weekend and O2 should have given you a changeover date.

If you weren't given a date it's likely not happening so chase up with O2 as advised @Devonchick
