you have failed to connect my husband for over 10 days, no line, no porting. No one taking ownership to fix it. Empty promises. Am now contacting bbc as o2 think acceptable to leave me, having been diagnosed with a brain tumour, unable to contact my husband during this time

Unfortunately no one from o2 is either wiling or able to deal with this. Was hoping someone from the community would be able to advise whether o2 ever deal with problems properly….

Thanks, unforgivably still no response 15 days with no line, no apology and no compensation. Cannot get over the sheer incompetence of o2
