No incoming calls

I have ported from Sky to O2 last month and not able to receive any incoming calls since then. Have been calling 202 customer services regularly, they say we have escalated to back office team and no update. Every time they say we have escalated, getting frustrated with no resolution. Anyone had similar issue, any tips will help!!

 

Tried :- Reset network, used sim on another phone, got a replacement Sim...

Take some photo ID and head into an O2 Store to get the staff there to get you sorted, @AP04 

Failing that, persist with O2 either via Social Media at the link directly below or via 202.

It may require your account to be completely torn down and recreated on the O2 side to clear the issues. Good luck!

Does your inability to receive calls, extend to all network operators? Or are you able to receive "on-net" calls from other O2 users, just not "off-net" from other telcos?
