I have recently joined o2- I followed the instructions on the pack 

I topped up trying to work out how to add the bolt on option but it wouldn’t let me I accidentally called someone taking 55p off my £10 top up (I feel like I’m 12 years old talking about credit) 

i topped up my phone I tried to purchase the bolt on 

I kept going round and round in circles on 2202 and 4445 

I got through to someone who kept me on hold for 15 minutes while she tried to get me to pay as you go 

she then gave me the number 4445 and told me to ring them myself 

so I then sat on hold for 47 minutes and not getting through at all. 
I finally this morning have managed to get the bolt on on my o2 

which wasn’t working yesterday but I had to pay an additional £10 to do this 

so I now have £9.45  on credit which I can’t get back 

and on the leaflet it said get the Bolton and instead of 10gb you’ll get 20 

but I haven’t got that I’ve only got 10

 

i can’t  get through to a human on chat it just sends me here to community 

I can not get through on the phone so have no help or support 

I think it’s very poor

i can go into a store but they won’t help with online issues. 
Any help would be grateful!
