Hi, I spent over an hour on the phone this morning setting up as a new customer. I am yet to receive the confirmation email to confirm my order?! However, I have received my contract. I have also received an O2 username email but I am now locked out of this as it doesn't recognise the last 4 digits of my debit card?!
Please advise!!!! I've already spent a looooooonnng time on this!!!!!!
