Joined O2 last week, via Virgin.  Sent my PAC on Sunday;  had expected to lose service from EE, as predicted on your website, and complete the changeover before 10 pm on Tuesday, but nothing happened, and service is still being provided by EE.  Your website doesn't recognise my carried over number, only the temporary number, which is [Removed].  Has the PAC request gone astray?  Should I change the SIM now?  Please contact me asap, on email [Removed] or phone on[Removed].

Many thanks - will try the number!  I'm not sure if I'm just confused - I had thought that my message was on a tech support chatline, not a public forum, or I would never have included my email and stuff!
