This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

O2 have been nothing things in the background and it seems there is quite a mess

You will need to contact O2.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Someone has messed up big time with their systems

Whatever happened to the smooth seamless change over from the legacy system

i can view my accounts on the web but the app has crashed days ago and remains trashed

It's taken me a week so far and that's with @Dave-O2 helping to get anything like a workable MyO2.

Still loads of issues and 2 log ins currently. Really painful experience.

My o2 hasn't been working for over 2 weeks. It says oops my o2 isn't available for you yet. And when I try online it logs me in but only shows o2 WiFi (I don't even have O2 WiFi). I've been on the phone to them on Monday but they couldn't resolve it either and said they'll pass it on to their "IT team" and I will get an email within 3 days with the link to reset my account. As expected I never received that email and still can't log in. Will try visiting their shop and see if they can do anything about it.

The shop won't be able to help @TD16 

You'll need a new email address to attach your account to.

The system has reset everything to some obscure email address that only tech support can see. They will need a new email to replace it and you can't use the one you are currently using.
