I have been charged £16.20 for this month which you are talking money from my account on the 22/04/2024 . I am currently transferring my number to you and have not got sim card as yet. Please advise...

Totally normal, as you pay monthly in advance and not in arrears, so this is correct. 

 

If you haven't received your sim card and its been over 7 working days then contact the sales team on 0800 902 0217 

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

You are always charged from the moment you signed up.

When you get your SIM sorted ring Customer Services to get credited the days without 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
