I haven't ordered anything so what is this 'order'

That means Virgin and o2 have deemed you need a new sim card, as the migration of your sim has hit issues. 


Nothing to worry about, you will just need to activate the sim when it arrives. 

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

  1. When someone says “nothing to worry about”. I’ll take that with a pinch of salt. I’ve had the same, anew 02 sim. Same number, put it in my phone and have had nothing but trouble. Now can’t send or receive texts, spent hours on the phone trying to sort it. Virgin tell me I hav’nt migrated. O2 say I have, even had a welcome pack. Tried to speak with the dedicated migration team. They don’t exist, first person who answered my call on 202 said he was the head of the dedicated team.. yeah right. Hope you have better luck.
